We are currently hiring an HR Executive to optimize our HR operations and play a key role in driving our growth and efficiency.
Position Overview
The HR Executive at CodeCubics will play a vital role in supporting our teams by managing a variety of key HR functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized professional who can efficiently handle human resource operations, design and implement referral programs, oversee end-to-end hiring processes, and provide overall support to ensure seamless daily operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the HR department.
Design and implement compensation and benefits packages.
Track and measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Assess training needs and coordinate learning & development programs for employees.
Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and HR-related documents.
Maintain and organize physical and digital records for efficient retrieval.
Communicate and collaborate professionally with teams, both in writing and over the phone.
Skills & Experience
BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
Proficiency with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment.
Good understanding of office management procedures.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Salary: Market Competitive (with short-term & long-term benefits)
Education: BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
