We are expanding our AI and automation division and looking for an AI Automation Intern to help us streamline internal operations, build smart workflows, and implement automation solutions across business functions. This is a fully onsite position, ideal for someone passionate about leveraging tools like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier to solve real-world challenges.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Automation Intern with a keen interest in workflow automation, integration tools, and AI-powered process optimization. You will assist in designing and implementing automation workflows using platforms like n8n, Make.com, and Zapier to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency. This internship offers hands-on experience working on live business processes, making it a strong stepping stone toward a career in automation and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining automation workflows using n8n, Make.com, and Zapier
Identify repetitive tasks and collaborate with teams to automate key business processes
Integrate multiple tools and platforms (CRMs, databases, forms, etc.) for seamless operations
Test and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability
Document automation setups and create user-friendly guides for internal teams
Participate in brainstorming sessions to propose automation ideas for ongoing and future projects
Stay updated on new features and best practices for each platform
Report weekly progress and suggest improvements to existing automations

Requirements

Interest or basic understanding of workflow automation and system integration
Familiarity with tools like n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good written and verbal communication in English
Ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Comfortable working onsite and contributing to team goals
