Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven AI/ML Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate is passionate about data science, algorithm development, and AI-powered problem-solving, and thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
Work on diverse projects, including NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization/tuning.
Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to integrate models into production.
Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and frameworks.
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and scalability.
Document models, workflows, and processes for reproducibility and team collaboration.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
3–4 years of proven experience in machine learning and AI development.
Proficiency in Python and ML libraries: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy.
Strong background in NLP, computer vision, and deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools (Docker, MLflow).
Solid mathematical foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus.
Hands-on experience with large-scale datasets and data pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full Time Shift
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
