Position Overview
The CRM Executive manages the day-to-day operations of the CRM department, ensuring all websites, CRMs, funnels, and automations function smoothly. This role includes technical implementation, task coordination, team guidance, and performance reporting. The individual must have strong experience in WordPress, GoHighLevel, CRM workflows, and website management, along with the ability to guide junior staff and interns.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website, CRM & Automation Management
● Manage and maintain WordPress sites, plugins, landing pages, funnels, and integrations.
● Build advanced automation flows, tagging structures, pipelines, and CRM systems.
● Ensure all websites and CRM assets operate smoothly.
2. Task Assignment & Team Coordination
● Assign tasks to Junior Executives and Interns.
● Provide guidance and technical support when required.
● Ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
3. Reporting & KPI Management
● Prepare reports for website performance, CRM activities, and automation efficiency.
● Track weekly/monthly KPIs and ensure targets are met.
● Document department workflows, processes, and performance.
4. Problem Solving & Technical Oversight
● Troubleshoot complex WordPress or CRM issues.
● Manage integrations across platforms (webhooks, APIs, forms, emails).
● Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
Skills and Experience
● 2–4 years of experience with WordPress, GoHighLevel, and multiple CRMs/CMS tools.
● Strong knowledge of website building, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
● Ability to guide and support team members.Ability to guide and support team members.
● Strong task management & reporting skills.
● Good understanding of automation workflows and integrations.
● Ability to meet deadlines and manage KPIs.

● Job Type: Full Time
● Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
