Position Overview
The CRM Intern supports the CRM Department with website updates, CRM entries, landing page adjustments, and simple automation tasks. This internship is designed for candidates who have basic knowledge of WordPress, CMS platforms, or CRM tools and want real-world experience in website management & CRM operations.
The intern will receive full training from the CRM Supervisor (Senior CRM Executive or CRM Executive).
Key Responsibilities
● Assist in basic updates on WordPress and other CMS platforms (content changes, layout fixes, image uploads).
● Support CRM tasks including form creation, tagging, pipeline updates, and basic workflow setups.
● Help maintain landing pages, funnels, and templates.
● Test websites, funnels, and forms for functionality and report issues.
● Maintain CRM data cleanliness and assist in record updates.
● Learn automation tools, website structures, and CRM best practices.
● Support CRM tasks including form creation, tagging, pipeline updates, and basic workflow setups.Follow instructions from the CRM Supervisor and complete assigned tasks on time.
Skills and Experience
● Basic understanding of WordPress, CMS platforms, or CRM tools.
● Interest in automation, web tools, and digital systems.
● Willingness to learn and improve quickly.
● Good attention to detail.
● Ability to follow instructions and support team needs.

● Employment Type : Internship
● Duration: 3 months
● Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
