Position Overview
The Junior CRM Executive is responsible for handling website updates, UI-level improvements, CMS/CRM tasks, and technical support under minimal supervision. This individual must have strong hands-on experience with WordPress, including page building, plugin usage, website modifications, and creation of new pages or sites from scratch.
This role supports CRM Executives and Senior Executives in daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website Management & UI Tasks
● Update and manage WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
● Perform UI-level modifications for landing pages, templates, and funnels.
●Create pages or full websites from scratch using page builders (Elementor, Divi, etc.).
●Implement basic website optimizations (speed, layout, responsiveness).
2. CRM & CMS Support
● Work with GoHighLevel and other CRM/CMS platforms for forms, pipelines, automation, and workflows.
● Set up email templates, triggers, notifications, and tags.
3. Technical & Operational Support
● Troubleshoot common WordPress/plugin issues.
● Ensure forms, funnels, and automations run smoothly.
● Assist in integrations and tracking implementations.
4. Follow Reporting & Task Structure
● Maintain daily task updates and follow instructions from CRM Executives and Senior Executives.
● Complete KPIs and deliverables within assigned timelines.
Skills and Experience
● Strong practical experience with WordPress (UI, plugins, page builders).
● Understanding of GoHighLevel or any other CRM/CMS tools.
● Ability to build and modify websites from scratch.
● Familiarity with website optimization basics.
● Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
● 1+ years of practical experience preferred.

● Job Type: Full Time
● Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
