The Senior CRM Executive leads the CRM department, oversees all CRM/CMS systems, manages website operations, develops automation strategies, and ensures efficient team performance. This role focuses heavily on management, training, supervision, and strategic decision-making, in addition to advanced technical expertise.
● Lead the CRM team (Executives, Junior Executives, Interns).
● Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and maintain workflow quality.
● Develop strategies for department performance and process improvement.
● Oversee WordPress management, CRM workflows, advanced automations, and new system setups.
● Ensure security, stability, and scalability of websites and CRM systems.
● Plan and execute complex funnel architectures, integrations, and automations.
● Train new interns and junior team members.
● Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and performance feedback.
● Ensure all team members follow SOPs and best practices.
● Oversee department KPIs and ensure targets are met.
● Present regular performance insights to management.
● Recommend system improvements, tools, or automations to optimize operations.
● 4–6+ years of hands-on CRM/CMS & WordPress experience.
● Strong leadership, training, and team management capabilities.
● Expertise in GoHighLevel, WordPress, CRM workflows, funnels, integrations, and automations.
● Strong reporting, documentation, and strategy-building skills.
● Ability to handle complex technical issues and guide the department effectively
● Job Type: Full Time
● Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM
