We are currently seeking a Head of HR to lead our human resources department, streamline operations, and drive organizational growth and efficiency.

Position Overview

The Head of HR – Operations will be responsible for leading and overseeing day-to-day HR operations, managing the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations, addressing employee grievances and concerns, and supporting performance management processes. This is a strategic role that requires a proactive, organized, and people-centric leader capable of driving operational excellence in a remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and streamline daily HR operations to ensure efficiency and consistency.

Monitor attendance, leave records, and performance data using HR tools and systems.

Coordinate payroll and employee benefits in collaboration with finance and relevant teams.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

Address and resolve employee grievances and complaints with professionalism and fairness.

Oversee the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Support performance management initiatives, including evaluations, feedback cycles, and performance tracking.

Partner with department heads to align staffing strategies with operational needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.

3–4 years of proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and performance management.

Strong understanding of compliance procedures and grievance handling processes.

Proficiency in HRMS platforms and performance tracking tools.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Prior experience working in a remote environment will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information

Type: Full-Time

Shift time: 10 AM to 7 PM

Salary Range: Market Competitive
