We are expanding our sales and business development team and looking for a Lead Generation Expert to help us identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and contribute directly to company growth.This is a fully onsite position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented environment and understands how to turn prospects into real business opportunities.
We are seeking a talented Lead Generation Expert with a strong background in prospect research and client outreach to join our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, email, and freelance platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base, strengthening our sales pipeline, and driving the overall growth of CodeCubics.
Research, identify, and qualify potential clients through multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, business directories, and freelance platforms).
Build and manage a strong lead database with verified contacts and relevant details.
Create and execute outreach strategies that effectively generate qualified leads.
Craft personalized messages and proposals tailored to each prospect’s business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with project goals.
Maintain and report weekly KPIs lead counts, conversion rates, and outreach performance.
Send professional follow-ups and nurture potential client relationships.
Optimize outreach strategies based on feedback and results.
Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales outreach (preferably in a software or IT company).
Excellent English communication and writing skills.
Strong research and analytical skills for targeting the right audience.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, or similar tools.
Ability to work efficiently onsite and meet performance goals.
Upwork or freelancing platform experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven personality.
