We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager who will oversee not only Codecubics’ social platforms but also the social media accounts of our client projects. You will be responsible for strategy, planning, content calendars, and execution, staying on top of trends to ensure growth and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Codecubics’ social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Medium, Quora, etc.) and client project accounts.
Develop monthly content calendars for static posts, reels, and stories.
Plan & script video/reel shoots based on industry trends.
Track and analyze performance, providing regular reports.
Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies.
Work closely with the design and content team to deliver engaging campaigns.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Quora, Medium, and trending platforms.
Strong understanding of content planning, brand voice, and growth strategies.
Experience managing multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with knowledge of current social media trends and trends-based content.
Familiarity with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
